For the past 22 years, he has been with Penn National Insurance, where he currently serves as Property Claims Manager. His background also includes experience in the construction industry as a project manager, giving him a practical perspective on property claims. John holds both a master’s degree and a doctorate in fields outside the insurance discipline, which provide him with a broad and unique perspective on leadership and problem-solving in the industry.
