Courtney has built her career in the insurance sector for the past 2 decades with over 16 years of experience at State Farm Insurance in claims operations, catastrophe services as well as learning and development. 

 

She devotes her personal time to travel, cooking and serving on the board for the non-profit organization, Dog Ranch Rescue. Consequently, she and her husband have 5 French Bulldogs to spoil.
