Charlie Norder serves as the Director of Claims for Property/Casualty. He began his career in 1997 as a Claim Trainee for Pekin Insurance. Since then, he has held various positions including Adjuster, Senior Adjuster, Property Specialist, Property Supervisor, and Regional Claim Manager. He was promoted to Workers' Compensation & SIU Manager in November 2013, a Staff Management position. In 2014, he was promoted to Corporate Claim Manager and in 2016, he was promoted to his current position, Director of Claims.
Charlie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics in 1997. In 1999, he earned his Associate in Claims (AIC) designation. In 2007, he earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
