CARRIE GRAY

Carrie Gray is a wife, mother of one beautiful little girl and has 29 years of experience in the insurance claims industry. She began at State Farm, progressing from Claim Service Representative to Outside Field Representative adjusting major claims. In 2003, she became an Independent Adjuster, traveling nationwide to assist with catastrophes and other disasters. From 2006 to 2016, she audited and lead audit teams for a national carrier. In 2016 she was asked to consolidate and lead a Commercial Property Center being responsible for 128 adjusters and over 30,000 claims annually. She brings strong leadership, problem-solving, customer service and employee engagement experience.
