Bryan Corder has been involved in the Auto and Property Insurance Industry for over 40 years. His passion for the industry led him to start Straight Story Consulting with a vision of “Challenging Current Auto and Property Claim Paradigms, Inspiring Innovation, Assisting in Process Design and Technology Development that leads to Employee Adoption, Customer Elation, and Profitability”.

His experience includes an impressive range of roles from repairing damaged vehicles and homes, and ownership of a collision shop to retiring after 31 years from his role as Director of Property Claims and Innovation for Allstate Insurance Company. Over the course of these 31 years, he held multiple claims leadership roles in multiple locations across the U.S. that include: Resident Field Adjuster, Vendor Program Management, Auto Claims Office Manager, Regional Process Specialist, Owner of Sterling Autobody Quality Oversite, Auto Senior Manager for the Western States, and Property Director role as Director of Property Claims and Innovation for Allstate Insurance Company. During his time at Allstate, he was a driving force in deploying virtual inspection processes, cloud-based estimation models, insertion of Data-driven processes, and AI in the property area.

The last 10 years he served as Allstate’s Property Director with responsibility for all things Property

for both the US and Canadian property claims. This role included guiding Property Claims

Strategy, Innovation, Process Compliance, Employee Development, and Expense Management while

being accountable for achieving enterprise goals like Customer Experience, Loss Adjustment

Expense, and Loss Costs.

His passion for continued forward progress and long track record of delivering superior outcomes have been accomplished through the creation of compelling strategic visions and associated business objectives in either Automotive or Property arenas.
