ROBERT LAJDZIAK
Director of Insurance Business Intelligence at J.D. Power
Robert is responsible for the J.D. Powers syndicated research studies for personal Auto, Home, and Life insurance, as well as developing data-driven solutions that achieve measurable results for clients in the insurance industry in North America. His primary focus is improving product quality while building client relationships and delivering actionable insights and recommendations. Robert joined J.D. Power in 2012 and has served in several positions in the Global Business Intelligence Practices, in both financial services and insurance, including senior wealth management analyst, research supervisor, research specialist, and research associate before joining the insurance practice team.
During his tenure at J.D. Power, Robert has authored several thought leadership pieces published in the media and trade publications. Robert regularly speaks at industry conferences and events-regarding such topics as shopping with online chat, self-service, and the future role of agents; insuring automated vehicles, transparency of commissions and fees; and goals-based investing. Robert earned a bachelor's degree in marketing management from Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, Michigan.
