Jeffrey Chen is Vice President of Claims at Swiss Re where he leads a team of re-insurance claims experts.  Previously, he was an Assistant Vice President of Excess Casualty at AXIS.  He has also worked at ACE/CHUBB as a Claims Director in Excess Casualty and at AIG as a Senior Claims Analyst in Complex Casualty.   Jeffrey began his professional career as an attorney in New York, specializing in medical malpractice defense.  Jeffrey has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Honors, from Johns Hopkins University and a Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from Boston University School of Law.
