COURTNEY YOUNG

Sr. Group Manager – Insurance Claims at AAA

Courtney Young grew up in Arkansas prior to attending College of the Ozarks in Point Lookout, Missouri. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Administration of Justice with a minor in Psychology. Shortly after graduation, Courtney relocated to Southern California and found a career with Auto Club Enterprises (AAA). 

Over the last 20+ years, Courtney has held positions of increasing responsibility and influence with the Auto Club, beginning with entry-level adjusting positions and progressing through various levels of management. Most of his career was spent in insurance claims, however, during the height of COVID, he held the position of Group Manager, Member Services and managed insurance call center locations across Southern California and Texas with approximately 800 rollup employees. Most recently Courtney was promoted to Senior Group Manager and has responsibility for over 1,200 claims employees focusing on Auto Physical Damage and Casualty Claims. He possesses multiple industry designations including Associate in General Insurance and Associate in Insurance Services.
