Chris White is regularly sought after to handle complex casualty cases involving demands in the range of eight to nine figures. Clients engage his services at various stages, ranging from the aftermath of a severe accident up to 7 days before trial, when they require additional support or a change in trial counsel.

His representative cases encompass a wide range of catastrophic injuries, including fatalities, traumatic brain injuries, paralysis, explosions, burns, amputations, severe orthopedic injuries, and cases involving multimillion-dollar life care plans. Plaintiffs in these cases commonly allege negligent hiring, training, entrustment, and supervision, as well as a “profit-over-safety” culture, violations of policies and procedures, post-accident cover-ups, gross negligence, and spoliation. In response, Chris meticulously prepares innovative and proven trial strategies to strengthen defendants’ negotiation positions and proceed to trial when a reasonable settlement cannot be reached. This approach has consistently yielded successful outcomes in representing a diverse range of clients, including premises owners, energy companies, security providers, bars/dram shops, trucking companies, bus lines, auto dealerships, oil field services, law firms, insurance brokers, architects, engineers,  and seismic companies.

Chris practices in federal and state courts throughout Texas, and his expertise has led him to appear pro hac vice in courts located in Oklahoma, Tennessee, North Carolina, Delaware, Indiana, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and the Virgin Islands.
