ANDY SMITH

In his current Role, Andy is responsible for the operation of the Special Investigations Unit and Recovery Services. Andy brings over 25 years of insurance and law enforcement experience to his responsibilities at Encova. Andy previously worked for a large national carrier in roles from claims representative to SIU senior manager. He also was a criminal investigator and road trooper with the Indiana State Police. Andy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from The Ohio State University, AIC from the Institutes, and CIFI certification from IASIU.  He currently serves as co-chair on the CLM Insurance Fraud Committee.
